2008 Fees & Payment Options

* Membership is good for one full year from the effective date of the registration. Only full-time students are eligible for GARP’s Student Membership rate.  To be classified as a full-time student, please provide a copy of your transcript directly from your school, within 30 days of registration.

GARP Individual Membership is required to sit for the FRM exam. The FRM fee noted above includes the Individual Membership fee. If you are currently an Individual GARP member and your membership registration will not expire on or before November 15, 2008, then you do not have to include the membership fee with your FRM exam registration fee. If your Individual Membership will expire on or prior to November 15, 2008, you can pay your Individual Membership fee at the time you register for the exam.

As a convenience to you, GARP will automatically renew your Individual membership one year from the initial sign up date for those who pay by using a credit card. We will notify you by email of this membership charge four weeks prior to your renewal date.

Please Note:

In order for an application to be considered as having been submitted by the appropriate registration deadline, the registration form AND payment must have been received or postmarked by midnight, New York Time, on April 30; or August 31; or October 15, respectively. Submitting just the registration form without the appropriate payment due at that time will result in an incomplete application. If your fee is paid at a later date, you will be charged the applicable fee as of the date the payment is received by GARP.

• Secure On-line payment: 

• Please follow the online instructions to pay the registration fee by credit card. GARP accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Only single payments per FRM candidate registrations are accepted on-line.
• If you are paying for more than one candidate using the same credit card, please submit your payment via fax.

2. Payment by Check : [Only foreign checks with US intermediate bank will be accepted]

• Print out your completed registration form and send it to GARP with a check. Checks should be made payable to Global Association of Risk Professionals, on a US bank and payable in US dollars.
  
• Please note that a USD $35 processing charge must be added to your fee for payment by check.
  
• Your Full Name and GARP ID Number MUST be written on your check. If this information is not provided, your payment will not be processed.

3. Payment by Fax or Mail with Credit Card Details

• Print out your invoice. Complete the credit card payment portion of the Registration Form by entering your credit card number and expiration date.
  
• Print all information clearly and sign the authorization. GARP accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  
• Please note that a USD $35 processing charge will be added to your fee for manual credit card payments.
  
• Fax your completed form to GARP at: +1 201-222-5022, or send the completed form to the address noted above, Attention: FRM 2008

4. Payment by Wire Transfer

• Please direct wire transfer payments in US dollar funds as follows:
  • Note: a USD $35 bank charge will be added to your fee for each wire transfer. This USD $35 bank charge is imposed by the bank; GARP has no control over this fee and does not receive any portion of this fee. 
    

Your Full Name,GARP ID Number and invoice number must be written on your wire transfer. If this information is not provided, your payment WILL NOT be processed.
