Introduction
This two day course offers a practical introduction to financial analysis, credit assessment, and corporate valuation through integrative application of Excel-based modeling throughout the course. The course presents standard techniques and modern developments in an innovative, practical, and straightforward manner. The objective is to familiarize those with a limited exposure to finance with practical applications of financial analysis, credit assessment, and corporate valuation.
At the end of the course, participants will gain a practical understanding of the most recent techniques of financial analysis, credit assessment, and corporate valuation as well as developed their own tools using Excel to implement various analytical approaches.
The reading material for the course is Robert C. Higgins, “Analysis for Financial Management”, 8th ed. All participants will receive a physical prior to the course.
