Introduction

Professional development has become an absolute necessity in most industries, especially those with a career in finance.  The globalization of and the dynamic nature of financial markets, dramatically elevated the role of risk management in an organization.  To assist you understanding the importance of these changes and the impact on your professional development plans, this course offers the individual a comprehensive insight into Credit and Financial Analysis.

This is a fundamental level course which introduces the delegate to a structured framework of credit analysis.  Emphasis is placed identifying the key qualitative and quantitative drivers of a robust credit analysis (business, financial, as well as borrower type and borrowing type).  The course is interactive and includes the latest practical and theoretical developments in credit risk analysis, enhanced through the use of group exercises and case studies

At the end of this seminar, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss the impact of Business, Financial, Borrower Type and Borrowing Type Risks

Who should attend this seminar?

This is a course designed as an introduction for persons entering the financial and credit disciplines.  The course does not require any previous knowledge of financial statements or credit analysis skills.
